Process:  mosaic effect - mask path - flick from frame to frame, dragging mask to cover area of flag - allows blur to move with the moving object.

Effect:  Is attention drawn to the blurred flag or is the eye deflected elsewhere?  Is the blurred space negative or positive?
What does a blur cover/censor/protect?  Something offensive, something illegal, identity, denies access or understanding, denies identity

Does its absence/obstruction bring Union Jack and EU flag into focus? - Brexit, withdrawal, denial, identity, identity defined as difference to others, racism, exceptionalism, colonialism, supremacy, pride.
