Alice - emphasised the idea of artefacts - could be strong  - the plate being found incomplete in the ground

Abi - likes the found pieces - and the connection between sharp edges of the plate and the edges of the flags - could you combine found objects with the flags?

Alan - Do you either take one strand or try work them together?  The works could be collated into a body of research that is presented in a certain way - as a catalogue?
Flags made him think of semaphore - the hand-held flags.  You on the hill spelling things out in semaphore.
Could propose a flagpole as a site-specific work.
There's links between so many aspects of it.
