Waiting for my eyes to adjust to minimal light - 15-20 minutes Worried the pinhole isn't effective because too much light is coming in gaps between cardboard (issue was actually that the pinhole was far too small) eyes beginning to adjust how could a camera detect this? (best option was night mode but still not very clear) Should maybe use a whole bit of cardboard next time - at least then I'd only have to seal up the edges Trying to make notes in the dark - very faint Seeing the light on my wall this morning, I need to do it at about 8 or 9 in clear weather (since I'm doing it in winter). Was aware of what passers by might be thinking - quite a few cardboarded windows nearby. Shutting out, inversion, pinhole, darkness, light, sealing in, sealing out. Attempt 2 Did it earlier in the late morning - was overcast - and made the hole wider and wider until felt like it was peak clarity. Was still quite faint though and thought it might be more effective in summer or at least on a sunny morning. The clearest reflection was when a lorry drove past. Looked like I got a larger but fainter projection onto the wall this time.
